THE Nigerian Navy, on Wednesday, cleared the air on the much speculated six warboats allegedly purchased by former Niger Delta militant, Government Ekpemupolo, aka Tompolo, saying the boats belong to the Nigerian Maritime Safety Agency (NIMASA).
